“Think Service, Think Curley” isn’t merely a snappy slogan; it’s our business model. The customer always comes first and we will continue to do our best to make sure you know and feel that. As such, we offer a few services directly related to serving you the customer.
Free Delivery
We offer delivery services to anywhere in the greater Orange County/Los Angeles/Inland Empire area. We operate three trucks daily, and if an item is in stock, we can deliver it on the same day at no cost. For items shipped via UPS or FedEx, we'll promptly dispatch them once they reach our warehouse and deliver them right away. Larger items like conduit or transformers can be transported to your job sites with our stake bed truck, also free of charge. If you require a specific delivery time, we can accommodate that too.
24/7 Customer Service
Customer service is at the core of our operations, and we take pride in our ability to identify and source both new and old parts, providing solutions to ensure your plant resumes operations or your project is completed. We offer round-the-clock emergency service, making ourselves available to assist our customers whenever they require support, day or night.
Recycling
This service is closely tied to our lighting solutions. When you transition from fluorescent to LED, we can assist in disposing of your old bulbs. Once you remove the old bulbs, you can swiftly replace them with your new LED lights in a single visit using one of our delivery trucks. It's a convenient and efficient process for you as our customer.
Cable Assembly
One of our distinctive services is providing complete cable assemblies. This includes the cable, the lugs for the ends, and shrink tube for secure bundling. We can customize the length to your specifications and even deliver it to your job site or facility.
